Like Tinder, for example, this app is based on matching algorithms. Potential adopters can specify which dog they are looking for and
what their own living situation is. Subsequently, better and better matchesare generated and it is up to the adopters to turn a pure
match into a true connection. You can also read short articles on topics such as the adoption process, dog ownership or even vacationing
with a dog.

The whole thing is linked to a seal of quality, which is checked by the veterinary office. The organizations can apply for this and, once received, they can release their dogs for adoption in the app. This is how you know that you only support ethical dog adoption organizations when using the app and do not support illegal dog trade or non-ethical care techniques and shelters.

Thank you to Hilde Gahlen and Prof. Philipp Teufel for their mentorship during this project.
With this project I made it to the Top 10 as part of the ZLIN Design Week Best in Design competition, which fills me with immense pride to even be
taken into consideration. Congratulations to all the finalists, their work
is outstanding.
